Is clomid safe and effective?

Question

Anyone who's taking clomid? 
Is it safe for a women like me TTC : and is it effective to get a faster pregnancy?

Pls need tour advise my obgyne doctor prescribe me this but still waiting for my period on 3 rd day before ill take it.

Hope after taking this meds its a baby dust for us.

Me and my husband trying to conceived about 6months now? Going two years been together as a couple.

I take Clomid, I'm actually TTC#3 and all 3 times I have been on Clomid. It works - it can take time though. I got pregnant on the 6th month the first time @ 100mg and the 5th month the second time @ 100mg. This time I am on my 3rd month at 150mg. I did notice a lot more cramping around ovulation this month. I did not have any notable symptoms from the medication otherwise though. I can attest that it works! Good luck :)

I've done one round so far. AF came yesterday for me and not gonna lie... Broke my heart. But I'm going to start round 2 tomorrow (days 3-7 for me). The only notable symptom I had was some pretty dramatic mood swings (lol!). But no hot flashes. AF seems to be fighting with a vengeance this month too - more backache than what I'm used to. Other than that if it works, it's worth going through the moods and cramps :)

I take clomid. Lots of success stories. :) I hope I have a success story this month. Its my first round. I was not Moody didnt have hotflashes... Actually I had no side effects till I ovulated two days ago. I was cramping so bad! Worse then AF cramps. Clomid can cause OHSS and it's a bit painful but mine went away the same day it started. I also got head aches but not till I ovulated. I took mine day 3-7 of my cycle it's the more common time to take it. Make sure to take prenatals and drink lots Of water it has a tendency of drying things up a bit. When is your AF due? Lots of baby dust! ✨🌟✨🌟

Still waiting for my AF period will start anytime this week. As per my obgyne advise ill take the clomid on my 3rd day of period.
