My LO has an atrophic left testicle which may need to be removed soon (hes only 4months almost 5)

I’m worried his right one is now too soft and shrinking too. The docs said it will take some time before a surgeon sees him, maybe 3+ months. I don’t know what to do and whether to worry or not. What if it goes too!!!!

One paediatrician said the soft testicle may even go back to normal size and harden again. The docs here don’t really take these things seriously unless it’s about to die in emergency and the person is in unbearable pain.

I know this as my left ovary was removed in an emergency operation after me being hospitalised for three days. Id been requesting that they take the cyst on my ovary more seriously as I was in pain. They didn’t. The cyst chocked the blood flow from my fallopian tube leading to a horrible torsion which killed off my entire left side. He does not have a torsion but they will only take him seriously if he does.

Half his reproductive organ is already gone. Idk what to do. Anyone been through anything like this with their LO?
