I’m only 6 weeks post partum

I got cleared at 3 weeks so hubby and I resumed sex. Dr did say my body is in prime time to conceive again and with our fertility history he didn’t say it would be a bad thing to conceive back to back. I’m pretty sure this is negative but then I also kinda see a faint line. No idea.
