Do i have TSS??

I’m 14 and I’ve had my period for 2 years now. I know I may sound absolutely stupid right now but just hear me out. Do I have toxic shock syndrome? I have a 7 day period with an abnormally heavy flow. (I’m anemic) I use the Ultra size tampons because they are the only ones that last 3-4 hours. For the past 6 months I’ve been having a really sharp pain in my uterus, almost like it’s sore. However, it only hurts when I put in a tampon. It’s on and off most of the time and I feel it for maybe 2 days during my period. I once was curled up into a ball after taking 500mg of mensural pain relievers, in the fetal position, with a hot heated towel pressed against my stomach for 3 hours until I fell asleep from exhaustion. That was the only time it was super bad and that was this summer. I don’t know what to do and I’m too scared to go to a doctor because my parents are divorced and at the moment they aren’t doing well financially. I’ve heard stories of people losing their limbs because of TSS and I don’t want to be next.. can anyone please tell me if I’m okay or that it’s just because I’m small and my vagina is sore from the giant tampon?
