What is this

So someone with a cold sore held him the other day, and I didn’t know she had it until after she held him. I even wiped his whole body down after she held him. When we woke up this morning I saw this. And it’s been there all day. It’s just this one, and I am really freaking out. I’m hoping it’s just a bug bite but usually with bug bites they tend to just get less red throughout the day or even go away altogether.
