How to push out tonsil stone??

Okay I just posted about them. I tried pushing on it with a qtip and a little bit came out but all of it won’t. Is there some secret way or tip on how to push on it to get it to come out? Like a certain direction or method? Lol this probably sounds ridiculous but it’s my first time getting out and I just want it out so bad

They will not stop developing until you have the tonsils removed.

I’ve heard oil pulling helps prevent these. 
You could try gargling salt water too.

I hated getting those and ugh they made me have bad breath..So glad I got my tonsils removed! ￼￼I know they have a tool online that makes it easy to remove them but like the other girl said they will end up coming back￼.

I always used my finger and pressed behind it, pushing it towards the opening. But honestly, doing that will likely just enlarge any crypts of your tonsils and make you more prone to getting them. I know it absolutely sucks, but I’d leave it alone.
