Anyone else?

Question

I went to the hospital today & got a positive blood test result, but my hcg levels are only 13 cause I’m so early. Well I’m also late on my period but today I started... so I’m pregnant and bleeding but I’m having no abdominal pain or big blood clots. Has anyone ever had something similar but their pregnancy turn out okay? Dr said this may just be my regular period since I’m so early. I’m suppose to go back in a couple days and be re tested.

Sorry you’re having to deal with all the stress & confusion that sometimes accompanies our bfp’s...  So I’ve been through your scenario too many times to count...
It could be:
1)  a Chemical Pregnancy 
2) low progesterone causing a threatened miscarriage 
3) a genetic issue like blighted ovum & an inevitable miscarriage 
4) a healthy pregnancy with “implantation bleeding” 
**all bleeding associated with the embryo burrowing into the uterine wall for the first several weeks of pregnancy is what Dr’s refer to as “Implantation Bleeding”
So I would have your progesterone levels checked if you haven’t already & consider using progesterone cream immediately....or just wait it out & see if it’s your body acting in your best interest
