Baby is not a fruit!
So, help me with this one, ladies....
Does anyone else dislike those "baby is the size of ____some fruit____" comparisons?
I feel like I never know what size they actually mean because fruits and vegetables can be all different sizes, even when they are the same type.
Like, my baby is the size of a papaya...papayas are all different sizes...
Or, I'll see some that'll say some veggie, and the next week, the new veggie is technically smaller than the one before so it seems like baby shrunk? Like one week it'll be, "baby is the size of an ear of corn" next week baby is the size of a grapefruit?
The fruit and veg comparison doesn't work for my brain to really see the difference.
What could we use instead?
