Insomnia
Does anyone else all of sudden have trouble staying asleep? I just turned 31 week & noticed I can’t stay asleep ... it’s like a light switch one minute I’m sleeping the next I’m wide awake. I’m not in pain or anything I just really can’t sleep. & I don’t even take naps during the day anymore
