Pregnant

Hi girls I’m 6 days late on my period. I feel pregnant, I’m being sick! Eating loads, constantly needing a toilet, I’ve gone of smoking, even the smell of it makes me sick, my back hurts, boobs have got bigger and heavier, belly and boobs are itchy etc. I done cheap tests they came back with really really faint lines.... I done a clear blue digital and it said not pregnant. Can u get a false negative with a digital clear blue? Shall I go hospital and have bloods done. I feel as if my hormone levels could be really low. I was pregnant a few months back but had a miscarriage on 25th July. I’m really worried I don’t know what to do. I know I’m defo pregnant!
