A head cold throw off BBT?

Does having a cold throw your BbT off? I’m on 14 DPO no period STILL ugh. Which I typically start by now, but it rose up from 13 DPO 98.2 to 98.48 this morning... what is happening. And I’m definitely not pregnant. Just want to start so I can get to fertile week faster!
