I’m not sure but I think I see something

Symptoms: peeing all night long, like every 20 minutes. Strange lower back cramps that hurt like a mutha. Sore nipples, never ending thirst, extreme fatigue. I’m literally going to bed by 8pm. I usually stay until 2am on my tired days lol, sudden bouts of hunger and the need to go poo very frequently? Took this test within 3 minutes. I think I see something there but I’m really not sure 🤔 sorry my lighting sucks
