Ttc for 3rd baby

Yesterday I noticed light cramps. I had a lot of cm. First I thought I was getting my period but still no show. I recently stopped birth control pills 4 days into my pack. Had withdrawal bleeding for a couple days. Any possibility pregnancy can happen?
