Started Af last night. Now nothing?

I’m having the weird cycle ever. I’ve been spotting since 5dpo I’m 2/3 days late on my period. Last night I cramped a little and had a bunch of old blood. A little bit got on my underwear so I assumed here come af. This morning, nothing and pregnancy tests have been negative. :/ any one have suggestions?
