THREATEND MISCARRIAGE

last night i had to go tot the ER because i had bleeding I’m 8 weeks and 5 days and they diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage which means I’m at high risk for having a miscarriage and I’m so worried and stressed out and scare all i think about possibly losing my baby and I’m just so sad ..i have a 3 year old son and i know sometimes it’s am hard with him because he likes to play rough and some inter lifting him gives me pain so I’m trying to take it more easy...but i hate not knowing if ima be ok or not
