Is this normal!? Worried as I have history of recurrent miscarriage

So, for a while now I’ve been having discharge which is like extremely thick EWCM.... looks a lot like a mucus plug! Yesterday, I wiped and there was a lot of it, and today I have had again about half of that amount, afterwards yesterday and today I’ve had some cramps.... mild, but today I’m feeling a bit of pressure too? I’ve had a scan last week at 7 weeks exactly which showed a very healthy baby with a good heartbeat, but I’m worried that I keep losing my mucus plug and I will eventually lose the baby :( can anyone help!?
