Back pain remedies?
18 weeks tomorrow and yesterday I started having back pain in the middle right side of my back. It’s definitely my muscles. But when I woke up this morning I couldn’t move. It hurt so bad I was sobbing. I tried icy hot, a warm bath and an ice pack and nothing seems to be helping. Any ideas?
