Brother calling his sister a hoe on Snapchat and in person?!

Im 17 years old. I was raised to never call anyone names and/or cuss. My two other siblings weren't raised right. My little sister and brother are spoiled.My brother has been calling me rude names. He has called me a bitch, whore, slut, hoe, and a dumbass. So today my brother made a joke and said I'm pregnant. I said pregnancy is not a joke. He said shut up you hoe. My dad was standing there listening and he did nothing about it. My mom told him to go to his room. My dad than started to yell at me about it.

The biggest problem in our family is that my dad let's my siblings get away with everything. Everytime I tell my siblings that they are doing something wrong they will hit me,cuss me out, and/or go crying to mom and dad. Being the 2nd oldest is tough. I feel like I have more respect for myself and others than they do. When my boyfriend is around and my brother wont say anything because my boyfriend has almost beat up my brother for calling me fat bitch.

My question in general is what would y'all do if yall were in my shoes? He posted this on his snap and people were screenshoting it and sharing it to their friends.
