Carpal Tunnel

Does anyone else have unbearable carpal tunnel pain? I maybe get 2-4 hours of sleep because it hurts so bad and the pain/numbness wake me up. It’s all throughout the day. I have 0 grip strength, couldn’t even cut my own pancakes this morning. 🤦🏼‍♀️
