Overheat? Anyone else?

Today I was shopping and got really hot was seating Superbad and got dizzy. After I sat down and ate something I felt a lot better (I didn't eat for about 5hours was running earrings) is this normal? Should I be worried about baby?

So normal - I get so dizzy if I don’t eat every two hours.
Dizziness is one of the major symptoms of the second trimester unfortunately.
Our babies want all of the food!

This exacttttt thing happened to me too today. I hadn't eaten in a while and I got hot and dizzy and had to sit down. I had a headache too and drank and ate something which made me feel better. It was a reminder to me I cant go that long without eating

I've been getting like this a lot lately when standing/walking for a while. Trying to stay hydrated and eating snacks but not always easy at clinicals for school

I’m a diabetic and this is some of what I feel when my sugar gets low, especially the overheating. Might be a good idea to keep some snacks on hand if you are going that long between meals.
