Baby movement stopped??

I’m 23 weeks tomorrow and I have only been feeling the baby move for about 2-3 weeks now. But I haven’t felt him move in 2 days and starting to get a little worried. Is this normal? I just had an OB appointment Monday and things looked great.

Sometimes they move in a way where we can't feel it. Or baby moves when you don't notice. If you are having doubts call your doctors office to see if you can be examined!

It’s not unusual until later in pregnancy when they have established a pattern.
Maybe try to drink some sparkling sugary cold drink, rest on your left side and just stay still - usually you can feel the baby within a 2-hour window when you focus.
Also, if you are very worried, get a Doppler so you can always check at home on your baby’s heartbeat. My sister bought me one and I used it a couple of times. However, the sugar drink really works for me so I don’t need it anymore.

I was told between 23 and 27 weeks they like to play hide and seek. Try laying down, drink an ice cold apple juice or a coke to get baby moving. If you are extra worried go to the hospital. I had that happen earlier this year and freaked out when nothing worked to get him moving, went to the hospital and he was perfectly fine. But it's always better to go get checked if you're super worried then to sit there stressed out worrying.
