Help Ladies! (Warning-picture)

So recently Ive been noticing that everytime my husband and I have sex, I bleed a little bit. We didnt have sex for like a week, and today morning we had sex again, and he said he noticed a little line of blood on his penis. I didnt notice anything when I took a shower. But fastfoward like 5 hours, I go to pee and I see a blood stain on my panties mixed with my discharge and pelvic pain. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and never had this issue until now. Should I get concerned about it???
