Heat pad

Can I put this under my feet bottom of my feet during the two week wait? Can it affect conception or implantation? I do feel heat in abdomen after putting them under my feet as it automatically warms my whole body so maybe it does higher core temperature as if a hot bath. As the pack says it can go up to 54 degrees celcius.
