Nervous

super nervous, I had an early ultrasound at 5w5d Monday and there was a sac and a yolk sac with an hcg of 17680, Friday I went back and had a repeat done in my ob’s office but he couldn’t make out much with his machine and said he’s not sure if it’s an early baby or a blighted ovum, I go back Monday for another ultrasound and had more bloodwork taken Friday, I have anxiety and just keep worrying! Anyone have any tips or positive experiences to share?
