Gastroenteritis at 10 dpo with fever

Hey! So I had gastroenteritis with a fever at 10 dpo. Everything I'm reading on google basically says even if my baby does make it, it is at high risk for birth defects and/or autism. Please tell me SOMEONE out there has had a fever very early in pregnancy and their baby turned out healthy!
