When I was wiping I accidentally cut myself. So what can I use to prevent it from getting infected and keep it clean? Any cleanliness tips are welcome. I wash regularly and I use baby wipes. The area circled in yellow is where I cut myself. It is like an annoying pain, it doesnt sting when I pee because I dont think my pee reaches there. But it still hurts when i walk or a hair gets in it. So what do you ladies use when you get a cut downstairs?
