Acne 😭

Y’all. This acne on my chin won’t go away. I’ve tried so many things. I’ve tried African black soap, grapefruit acne wash, neutrogina foaming face wash, I’m currently using cetaphil every day. After I wash my face I use witch hazel as toner then I use differin gel like twice a week and I use a gel moisturizer. I was using the aveeno moisturizer with salicylic acid in it but it wasn’t hydrating enough. I have combo skin but it’s been way more dry the past month or so. The acne on my chin burns so bad sometimes and it’s sensitive to touch! Any suggestions would be very helpful 😩
