can anyone tell me what taking a suppository is like? I have to do it soon as I haven’t been to the toilet in 5 days and have been having constipation for about a month now. I know how to do it, I’m just scared, you know?

so if anyone here has had one before can you tell me, honestly, if it was bad or not? and things I should do or not do?

and does it cause actual diarrhoea or just normal poo?
