Helpppp😢

Im 18 and have the implant. Latley ive had no period. But recently been having discharge. One day i noticed it was pink early in the morning then went away so indidnt think much of it. 2 days later i had a light brown discharge and kept waiting and now the past 4 days its been dark brown. Tonight i noticed brown specks in the toilet after urinating. Been on the implant 7 months now. Ive lately felt off. Slightly sick after eating. Slightly moody and sore nipples. What the heck is wrong.
