How early did you notice you for pregnant?

Hi, can anyone tell me how early you notice you where pregnant? Should i wait till a month? I haven't gotten my period in three months but my period not normal and i take a test a month ago. And i have sex about almost two week ago with a guy. (Who wasn't my husband) and my soon to be ex husband got fix about almost 4 years ago.

I knew I was pregnant when I missed my period. Mine was always normal. On time every month. And I usually cramp a day or 2 before I start. BUT 2 years and some change ago lol I did not cramp and I tested ON THE DAY of my missed period, I got a big fat pregnant on the stick. 🤷🏻‍♀️ when I went to confirm at a Drs office they said I was about 4 weeks pregnant.
