Hiya, are there any women on here trying to conceive with pcos? I am hoping for tips or advice as I am newly diagnosed x

🙋🏻‍♀️PCOS here!
I take Conception vitamin which has myo-inositol. It’s supposed to help with PCOS.
Found out I have hyperinsulemia from the insulin resistance and am taking Invokamet 150/1000 (mixture of metformin 1000mg and Canagliflozin 150mg. Also taking Ozempic which helps with cravings, weight, and insulin.
My doc has me on medicated cycles (letrozole/femara) for the last 5 cycles, only ovulated on 3 of them when they increased my dose from .5 to .75.
I’ve lost weight from the medicine and diet change. 275 down to 233.
No bfp yet.

I’ve had pcos since 16 yrs never got treated for it until 2015 I went to a doctor in Mexico and he prescribed me with metformin 850 mg twice a day got pregnant 6 months later. I know have an almost 3 yr old. Started taking metformin again in 2018 and got pregnant again April 2019 but unfortunately had a miscarriage in June.
