Follow the FB group by Save The Milk. Crystal will size you. Hard to tell with the picture taken while pumping, but they look like mine used to until I went down 2 sizes.

I think so. I liked about a quarter of an inch clearance. But if you like how it feels and are draining breasts, then its a good size for you.
