Vitex or DIM? PCOS/irregular cycle

Question

Does anyone take a Vitex supplement or DIM supplement for their irregular cycles? Or anyone with PCOS? I’m getting ready to TTC and wondering if either of these regulated your cycle and made you ovulate? I also struggle with hormonal acne and hair loss....

If you have been diagnosed you should talk to your doctor about metformin. Herbal supplements aren't really *proven* to help and aren't regulated by the fda as a drug.

Dim is a really good chlice and works on your whole body. But pill form doesnt do much as it isnt as bio available. Id suggest finding a good liposome. Vitex does really work to though. I like it for more servere cycles.
