Anyways to better the odds for implantation ??

Here is my what my mouth looks like. I’m taking baby aspirin, folic acid, progesterone suppositories. Anything else I can do? I had a chemical last month and heard your most fertile after. If it doesn’t happen this month I feel like giving up after trying to hard this month. I’m trying to over think or stress my self out. It’s my time for a baby and I’m getting frustrated with my body. Thank you 😊

Chemical is when the baby stop growing right? I think im going thru this 6w2d they said no heart beat i did test my levels dropped like 7000 from Wednesday to Saturday i go back Wednesday

That’s probably more a miscarriage. A chemical is when your period is a week late. I got a positive pregnancy test and blood work but it was only 21. Most ppl don’t even know they have had a chemical. They just assume period is late

Are you tracking your ovulation through opk or bbt? Or both? This has helped me pinpoint when I’m ACTUALLY ovulating, which is always 2-3 days different than what the app says
