Is it time to go to the hospital?

I went to my OB appt was at 3cm

I went to my OB appt they didn’t check me because I seen a different doctor but told me my strep B came back Positive so if I stared to show signs of labor so get the the hospital to check checks so they can get multiple doses of antibiotics pushed before delivery

This morning I got up and started to clean the house a little part of my every Sunday routine but I find my sled with more back pain then the past weeks to come I’m struggling to stand to sweep the floors because the back pain is more of a mild pain but I just don’t like being in pain so I take a break I’m having cramping like feelings but she’s still moving but I know people say the baby can move up to delivery and in the past hour I have started having severe nausea

I don’t feel like I’m in Active Labor but is it possible I’m going into active labor my labors are normally very short so I’m so scared I won’t get to the hospital with time for the antibiotics and other opinions would be great
