Pregnant with eczema help!!!

I have severe eczema on my scalp and can't use anything. I'm still in my first trimester and looking for some help!!! Does anyone have any tips what to use on my scalp. I am using medicated shampoo. But that isn't even touching it. It is so itchy and building up. Now I woke up and my scalp swollen and I cant really touch it.
