Living in the present!!?

Question

How does one live in the present? I tend to worry about the unknown & the future so much i end up living in misery. I wanna live in this very moment & be happy when things are good!! Advice needed 😩

Answer

For me it’s about Finding something each day that i actually enjoy doing. Even if it’s something really little. 
Like going out for dinner, cup of tea with a friend, reading a new book, cooking a new recipe, or having a nice shower or bath.
Or I go to the gym to help me stop stressing. 
It doesn’t have to be big things that you spend a lot of money on, just seizing an opportunity to do little things that you find fun.

I have serious anxiety so I struggle with what you are. I always keep busy, even if it’s going for a walk, going to get a coffee or whatever you enjoy. Find hobbies you’re interested in.  My kids keep me busy most of the time. School or a part time job possibly if you’re not already. My anxiety kicks in at night when I’m trying to fall asleep so I’ll read a book, maybe get a journal and write. I find when you’re not doing anything you start to overthink, you’re mind runs, negativity comes in.
