Anyone else has this ?

I gave birth 8.5 months ago, at my around 12 weeks PP i had mirena coil fitted in. I didnt have much sex after giving birth till i got the coil in so i cant compare . But i gave birth through a ceserian. Anyway.. any time i have sex i bleed, and i am severly sore afterwards. I literaly cry each time afterwards. I want to have sex. I want to enjoy it with my partner ! Its really annoying, each time were about to do it im hoping that ill not be sore. But it always just happens. Ive been to drs so many times.. they found Strep B group positive, i had antibiotics but nothing improved. So now im scheduled in to have coil removed on TUESDAY as dr thinks its that. But im really just wondering dows anyone has these symptoms and could it be something else? Because everyone i know who has mirena coil never has any of these problems!

The pains after sex are almost like stingy/burning sensation, and almost feels stif inside , like say if i was to sit down afterwards it would be sore , almost like i have something stuck inside..

And of course fresh red blood :(
