So hi y'all. I'm wondering if this is classified as workplace discrimination. The place work will have work party's that I and another CO worker,will not get invited to. We have repeatedly emailed about certain requirements we need for our job and if we don't complete these were fired. Our boss never gets back to us. Not to mention over two weekends our pay rate changes 3 times. We work at a YMCA. And were Roller skating staff. I actually was told " technically your YMCA staff because your employed here but you are doing something that most YMCA don't do". I'm so angry and annoyed. We also do not get work relates emails. Like when a meeting is happening. Only thing we get is were doing this or this is being changed. I am also underage. And I know they discriminate against that.

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
