What’s a fair price for 100+ pieces used baby clothing?

Retail value is wayyy higher. A 5 pack Carter’s onesies cost $26 full price. Most are Carter’s brand 🤷‍♀️

$1  a piece not bad at all I've seen garage sells that do that or $4  an outfit  decent price 
I was trying to sell all this for $50 its 0-3 months all the way to 6-9  months and extra stuff  but the person wanted free I want to use the money for birthday decorations or maybe 2 new jackets

I wouldn’t pay more than $50 for that amount of used baby clothes. Especially because I doubt I’d go through the stuff to make sure it was all in good condition or make sure it was all the season I’d need it for.

If you want to sell as a lot you need to price lower. 
I can buy my baby a whole wardrobe for the first year for maybe 200-300 dollars. If someone was selling something super cute for 4-5 dollars, I would buy it. 
But if i had to buy the whole lot, I wouldn't pay $150. I'd spend that 150 on new clothes or clothes from second hand stores. 
So you can price how you want but I don't think people will pay that. You could pull into lots by size and sell each size to someone. That would probably make you more money in the long run but would be more work.

I feel like if they cant pay you 1.50 each for clothes they shouldnt have kids. Sorry not sorry.  I would pay that honestly...people always lobe to take advantage of people.
