Peeing when sneeze or laugh to hard
Sooooo I was at HEB and I sneezed. Well along with the sneeze came a medium gush of pee. I’ve heard Kegals help but it wasn’t this bad before. I’m 14 weeks tomorrow and I feel like it might get worse. Any other ladies going through this ?
