Help me..is it vvvfl?

I need help from all of you whether there is a line or i am having line eyes. Im 13dpo and this is morning urine but not FMU. For a year that i been ttc, i never seen even a faint line when checking pregnancy test..all stark white. Please pray for me this is happening..it will be my first time. Im using internet cheapie and dont have any other pregnancy test with me right now.
