IUD Cramps

I got my Kyleena inserted on Sept 23, 2019 and before I got it I always had the worst cramps I thought possible, but now it seems like my cramps are even WORSE than before and they were already nasty. Is this normal or should I go to a doctor? It seems like I'm in constant pain the week leading up to and during my period but I'm only coming up on my second period since getting it but I literally feel like Im DYING. Could it be a cyst forming or something??
