Complicated

So... I am 24 and I have a 7 year old already. My boyfriend and I have been doing the not trying but not NOT trying method lately. I have been calculating my ovulation but he doesn’t know. It’s been 7 months with no luck. I am slightly worried I have symptoms of PCOS after my first birth... I REALLY want to be pregnant but I also think my partner is kinda like whatever happens happens and I get so sad when I am not and he just says stuff like “if it’s meant to be it’ll happen then baby” and I get that but I am ready!!!!! I am slightly venting slightly wanting advice from moms TTC for #2 and having a WAY harder time. I got pregnant at 16 after having sex 3 times for my first pregnancy.... now I want it and it’s not happening and it’s making me crazy.
