sexual abuse?

i was in a relationship with a guy for a little over a year. everything was good until about 9 months into the relationship. he started touching me in ways i didnt like and i always made it clear i was uncomfortable. he would always take my hand and rub it against his dick and i hated it but i could never get away from him. he would grab my butt even if i told him no and other things. is this considered abuse??
