So I work on a college campus, 17 year old high school senior, and there’s a guy there I really like. Problem is, my mom works there with me, he’s a student there, and it’s totally forbidden. I’ve already committed to this school (tuition exempt, woot woot!) and I think he’s into me, and I’m definitely into him.

According to HR, we can’t start anything until I get my actually student ID instead of my employee one.

But he’s always striking up a conversation, like anywhere I am. It doesn’t matter, he will find me and ask my how my day is and he doesn’t let me

BS my way through it, and it just seems like very genuine.

Should I bite the bullet and tell him that I’m interested or should o wait until next year?
