Ftm here, I'll be 39 weeks in 2 days. I've had alot of crampy feelings in my lower back that are on and off though out the day. Then I get a feeling in the upper part of my stomach kind of underneath my ribs that feels like he is stretching really hard and it moves down below my bellybutton and cramps up and feels tight. I feel like I have to poop all the time but I cant. Also everytime when I go the bathroom and wipe I have a mucusy slimy piece come out, this has been for about 5 days and I had 2 days of it with pinkish brown blood in it. I know they say you'll know but I'm scared I wont know that I'm in labor! My hands and wrist are numb almost all day long, I'm ready for him to be here!! Are these contractions? I'm dilated to a 2 and 60% thinned out according to my appointment last week. It feels like I could start my period anyday
