I handled this c-section much better than my first but she had breathing problems immediately. She wasn’t crying and I kept asking why and they wouldn’t tell me, which led me to ask over and over again if she was dead, to which no doctor responded until she finally let out a tiny little cry and they told me she wasn’t. After they said she was okay I ended up taking a nap while they finished up. I didn’t get to hold my sweet girl for almost 9 hours. Due to my c-section I wasn’t able to go see her which broke my heart because the rest of my family got to before I could. But how here we are a month later and I get to hold her all I want!
