Hii !!!!

So I have irregular periods they may come maybe once every two months & I had sex the beginning of September & recently on the 15th. I’ve thrown up twice now but I believe it’s bc I had an empty stomach but I’m not sure. I’ve recently had some dull cramps come & go & also lower back pain.. still late period but that’s usual. please give me some feedback, could I be pregnant?
