Now not cramping...is that bad??

I’m meant to be 5w3d today......for the last week and a bit I’ve had terrible cramps most nights and sore boobs. Tonight no cramps at all....I even felt well enough to go for a small run. Now I’m panicking that it’s a bad sign. My first doctors appointment is tomorrow....I just want to know what’s going on for sure!!!

Same. Was feeling very pregnant last week then today no cramps, no breast tenderness, no fatigue. I’m wondering if this is just symptoms coming and going, or my body is going in the other direction.

I'm 5+3 and I haven't had any cramps.. try not to worry

It's normal it's basically making room for a baby :)
